Embracing Health After 40: My Personal Journey to Wellness

I reflect on my health choices as I approach the big 5-0. I've faced battles with addiction, and quitting nicotine was one of my proudest achievements. Now, new challenges like low energy and muscle loss have emerged despite being muscular my whole life. Consulting my healthcare professional, I initially tried a hormone/testosterone supplement regimen but eventually chose to tackle these issues naturally through diet and exercise. The vitality I found through these changes is unmatched by any medication. Here's my story and why testosterone matters for men over 40. I can't run and dunk like I used to—okay, I could never dunk, but I still enjoy hooping. It's my stress reliever, and I make sure I take an hour here and there to shoot around.
